I am happy to offer Layaway for purchases over $200.

Your Layaway is a commitment to buy and you are taking the art off of the market. I kindly ask that you make your payments on time each month. If, for any reason, you know you will miss a payment please contact me and I will be happy to work with you. If a payment is missed and you do not contact me the Layaway payment agreement will be canceled and the accrued balance will not be refunded. The art will then go back on the market.

Art will be shipped after final payment is received.

The deposit is 25% of total purchase and each payment is 25% of original balance.

Art is shipped as soon as payment is received. Normally your art would arrive within 3 to 7 days but because of Covid-19 shipping may take longer.

I will add insurance, at your cost, for art not listed as having insurance included.

*Refunds and Exchanges

I give store credit for items returned within 1 week of your receiving them. Items must be in mint condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If purchase was delivered to buyer with insurance it MUST be insured when returned for credit.

All digital stamps offered for sale or free by Tamara Dozier and/or Tilted Asylum are copyrighted by Tilted Asylum - Tamara Dozier. No transfer of copyright occurs due to download, purchase or use of digital stamps created by Tilted Asylum - Tamara Dozier. Purchasing digital stamps created by Tilted Asylum - Tamara Dozier (or downloading free promotional stamps created by Tilted Asylum - Tamara Dozier) grants you a standard-use license which is outlined below.

You may:

*Use the digital stamps to create cards, scrapbook pages, photo books, and craft projects for your own personal enjoyment or to give as gifts. 

Digital images/stamps created by Tilted Asylum - Tamara Dozier may be flipped, rotated, and scaled by the license holder. You may not delete any existing line work without explicit permission from Tilted Asylum - Tamara Dozier. Images may not be added to except by coloring, paper and other scrap-booking embellishments,etc.

My signature must remain attached to and be visible on each project. Please, give credit to the designer, Tamara Dozier by stating name as well as a link back to this shop.

*You may not post uncolored Tilted Asylum - Tamara Dozier digi stamp images or Tilted Asylum - Tamara Dozier pre-colored digi images on blogs or websites, such as Pinterest, unless each image is 1. credited to Tilted Asylum - Tamara Dozier, 2. contains a link to that item's page in my shop, and 3. is covered by a watermark that effectively prevents the illegal copying and/or redistribution of the image.

*Redistribute digital stamps in any way, whether for sale or free of charge, including but not limited to: offering the digital stamp for download on any website, including the digital stamp as part of any graphics collection, sharing a copy of the digital stamp with friends or family, or transferring the digital stamp to friends and family.

*Use the digital stamps to create any of the following without prior written consent (which may or may not require additional licensing fees):

*Rubber stamps of any kind (mounted or unmounted) 

*Die cuts 

*Any type of products for sale on any print-on-demand websites such as, but not limited to: CafePress or Zazzle
